Web Scraping financial information

I am looking for a Excell VBA code (1st preferred) or Matlab code (2nd preferred), that will scrape the following addresses for information: Data source 1 of 2: [login to view URL] -> From this source I want a table of reported earnings for Norwegian stocks. The table should be from "now" and to as far back as the data on this site goes. The table can have the columns that Yahoo chooses to use. The most important piece of information is the reported EPS vs EPS estimate for each stock and the date of reporting. This code must be structured into 2 functions: One to download everything, and a 2nd function to update the existing table (saved table to disk, like an .xls). The second function is useful in the sense that I do not need to download everything again daily, but only the recent reports since last update. Data source 2/2: [login to view URL] -> This is an economic calendar which presents macro numbers all over the world. Like the above task, I am interested in two functions: One to download all, and 2nd function to update the database (.xls) since last database update. Here you must not filter by country; I am interested in all countries as presented by default by Yahoo.
