Cable Internet Provider Directory

Hi, I currently sell Cable TV, Internet and Phone service through most of the major providers, ie Spectrum, Xfinity, Cox and so on. I am using google adwords to drive traffic to my site, however most of the competition have a site where people can enter there zip codes, and a list of the available providers in the zip code will pop up. Then they can click on the provider, and be taken to a authorized partner retail site and see a bit more about the available deals. Here are some examples, [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] I was wondering if this could be built in wordpress, or some other piece of drag drop software, so I will be able to update and expand upon it on my own. I have all the zip codes all the providers are in, and access to the available logos I can use, I just need help with the build out and hopefully will be able to make simple changes, on my own as split test and try different copy to see what is the best option. Also if you could make it have proper titles for Google SEO services that would be great. Let me know what could be done. I will be looking to get started in the upcoming week or so.
