I am looking to have the following loading problem fixed WITHOUT compromising the website load speed. Find attached document describing load issue as well as photos domonstrating the issue. This issue only happens upon load and seems to fix itself within a few moments however during those few moments it makes the website look very unprofessional so I want it to be fixed.

I dont think thats an issue as its more likely to be a trick that even i use sometimes for the loading speed: seems like CriticalCSS beeing displayed first so browser loads the page.
