Maintain documentation page for support section of the website

We are looking for someone that can uplift and later could maintain on long term our help center at [login to view URL] Skills we are looking for - Very driven to understand how an application works into the details and understand all corner cases of the functionality - Self motivated without needing help from external a lot - Easy to communicate and friendly - Willing to work on long term for the company - Have good aesthetics. He / She should not need to wait for remarks about aesthetics but be proactive and take - Understand basic HTML so that he can fix some things e.g. put links / anchor tags - Understand basic content management from Wordpress. We are not looking for a wordpress expert or a developer - Be able to take good screenshots and show how the application works - Be able to write clearly and in detail in good English. Clear sentences with good instructions. It is not critical to speak Natively but it is a plus - Be organized. Put proposals on how to organise the different sections - Take initiative. We want someone to proactively see what is missing in the documentation, ask questions and We would like to do a trial with someone for 80 USD to show how he can improve the current version of the website help center. With this amount he should be able to understand the application play with it and propose the improvements. Or he can check the existing help center site and propose improvements. Please post proposals in the range of this amount. We want to try to see the quality of the work first and then decide for further collaboration If this is successful we would like to move to a weekly basis with 50 USD per week or similar amount to be decided. There is some functionality that is being continuously added so he should be able to change If this is also successful we could offer other tasks around the website documentation
