Stock Market - Daily Data Update & Report Generation

I am looking for an experienced Windows Installer. I would like to create an install package that installs a 3rd party's software (it has its own installer) + Cygwin + Perl in Cygwin + my Perl scripts. Prior to install, I would like the user to be prompted for configuration options, which are then passed to the 3rd party installer as well as modifying the config file for my scripts. Part of the configuration process is entering a Scheduled task so that the 3rd party's software updates at 8 pm Eastern every weekday night. More details available upon request.
