widget + short words arrange in css

1 . on [login to view URL] is a widget area with a city selector where you can choose ( alba iulia , romania or bucuresti ) that changes the location on the map , the thing is that i wan't to work just for the home page map, but in this moment when i select let's say bucuresti the home page map changes the location (that's ok ) but if i wan't to enter in alba iulia category it won't show me anything because it's still looking for post in bucuresti category and the sidebar map from the alba iulia category it's still on bucuresti . i wan't to make that widget to work just for the home page map or to make something similar to that widget but just to work for the home page map . 2. and to arange some few words in css
