We are looking for a digital 2D animator with 1 to 2 Years of experience, who can create engaging and visually appealing animation videos, visuals, and posters, for our Sales Training Content and Courseware. The ideal freelancer should have: - Proficiency in digital 2D animation, with examples of previous work. - Understanding of adult learning principles to effectively communicate the educational content. - Proven ability to visualise and communicate complex concepts or processes through animations. This project requires design of animations that effectively deliver an educational message to adults. Your role will be to take educational background provided by me and design meaningful animations that enrich understanding. Expect collaborative work, looking to bring precise and targeted learning outcomes to life. While the target audience is Sales Professionals from Organisations of repute, the content doesn't lean heavily on industry jargon. So, the animations must be sophisticated, yet easily understandable without over simplifying the educational material. Creativity, attention to detail and ability to align visual storytelling to learning outcomes will be a key aspect to this project's success.
