Descripción del puesto XL Consulting provides specialist project planning services, including scheduling, tracking and reporting planning services to companies in the forefront of project delivery across the construction industry. We are experienced in:  2D construction drawings  3D construction visualisation  BIM presentation/simulations As part of our services, we create 3D presentations that illustrate and communicate the construction sequence of the projects. In addition, we provide BIM presentation (in video format) to show the construction programme sequences and time frame. We require a full-time CAD Visualiser attached to our Valencian office, reports to our BIM Lead located in Valencia, Spain. You will use modelling and animation software to convert 2D drawings and 3D models to 4D animations. A minimum of a Diploma-level qualification in a related area such as Architecture, Construction, or Engineering, or at least 2 years of work experience in relevant roles. Our services are supported by BIM / CAD Visualisation services. Experience in Sketchup and Revit is required. XL Consulting is a great place to work and grow. Funciones / Tareas / Responsabilidades -Read and understand construction project drawings, plans and technical details. -Produce documentation, slides, simulations and animation to demonstrate stages in the construction of building models from initial build to completed project. -Prepare 4D simulation from 2D drawings and 3D models. -Create construction animation. -Liaise with management, clients and other professionals to ensure consistency in work and adherence to project objectives. -Skills in video editing and video creation -Excellent computer literacy skills including in Microsoft Office -Must be able to work in a team environment Experience in some of the software listed would be highly advantageous: -Autodesk -3dsMax -AutoCAD -Adobe Creative -Suite Advanced
