Re-writing holiday rental listing descriptions

Dear applicants, We're looking for a preferably native english speaker with flawless and creative writing skills. We're a holiday rental letting agency and post new properties on our site every day, but need help with writing and re-writing listing descriptions. Most of the time these are re-writing jobs and we will provide you with a script and style guide on how we want our descriptions to sound. For each property you will get the previous descriptions that needs re-writing and a website link with pictures for inspiration and ideas. On a weekly bases there will be from 5 to 35 descriptions needed depending on the season. Each description will be 400 up to 500 words long. Some knowledge or SEO and using keywords in text would be necessary. We would also like to see some of your previous writing examples. We're willing to pay 5$ per description.
