Hello and Greetings!! What a coincidence!!! I have recently completed first year Audit of an IPP ( that is independent power producing entity) where PPA was signed by the seller the entity and buyer of the power It was an wind power producer. Before proceeding in the first year audit we had to decide how to account for sales that is sale of power? either to apply lease or not. or what are other possible treatments.
