Hello, I am looking to hire an Office Manager to help with my administrative tasks. I currently use Quickbooks and Patriot Software for my administration. I require the Office Manager to have customer service experience. I need assistance with a variety of different administrative duties including creating and maintaining filing systems, managing calendar and scheduling events, managing and tracking employee attendance, preparing reports and letters, word processing, organizing and distributing mail, ordering and stocking inventory, as well as any other related task as needed. I am looking for an individual with a strong administrative background, excellent time management and organizational skills, and a positive attitude. The successful applicant must be detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Quickbooks/Patriot Software. Experience in project management and customer service is a plus.
