I'm searching for a highly experienced Botpress chatbot developer to revamp my existing bot. I want to infuse my bot with upgrades like natural language processing, user recognition and identification, and personalized interaction. We are wanting to upgrade this bot - still on bot press, but to be linked to a CMS so that when the person signs on to the membership, the bot knows who they are, what their industry is, and what they have already accessed and watched on the site Key Responsibilities: - Personalization: Upgrade the chatbot to identify and remember individual users, creating a personalized interaction for each member. - Integration with Member Data: Ensure the bot can access and interpret data regarding which courses and materials a member has previously engaged with. - Business and Goal Tracking: Develop functionality for the bot to understand and retain information about each member's business and their specific goals. - Customized Recommendations: Program the chatbot to provide personalized resource recommendations based on the member's past interactions, current needs, and business objectives. - ChatGPT Integration: Incorporate a ChatGPT function for the bot to engage in conversational AI, offering entry-level business advice and support. - Tailoring interactions based on user's history. - Implementing machine learning algorithms for automated suggestions. - Configuring chatbot to ask additional questions to more accurately determine user preferences. Requirements: - Proven experience in developing chatbots, particularly on the BotPress platform. - Strong background in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing. - Ability to integrate chatbot with user databases for personalized experiences. - Experience with ChatGPT or similar conversational AI technologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills and creativity in digital solutions. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively on a project.
