MVC3 URL and datetime format

Hi Looking for a coder to do the following using MVC3 C# 1) On the [login to view URL] page change the page url from: http://localhost:49313/Weather/FiveDayWeatherForcast?loc_id=UKXX1696 to http://localhost:49313/Weather/FiveDayWeatherForcast/Washington+United+Kingdom http://localhost:49313/Weather/FiveDayWeatherForcast/Washington+DC etc 2) If javascript is disabled on the users browser, still display the ascx file in the main page. 3) Fix this piece of code: [login to view URL] = [login to view URL](sLsup, "M/d/yy h:m tt", [login to view URL]); located in the [login to view URL] file so that it displays all dates and times including USA times For weather data, you will need to have your own account with [login to view URL]
