Android App. that provides two options Speaker, Listener. Speaker can set up a real time audio broadcast by tagging ID (ID is just example, to find or distinguish from other speakers). Speaker can pause and resume audio broadcast. Speech of the speaker is saved, so it can be listened by listeners later. Listener can listen to any ID.
