Android project for Adhoc network in MANET

I am looking for freelancer to do the project titles " Adhoc Network in MANET" Project Title- "Ad-hoc network in MANET" Program that uses Bluetooth to allow chat between two paired Bluetooth devices. It is collection of 2 or more devices equipped with wireless communication and network capability. This devices can communicate with other nodes that are within their radio range or one that is out side radio range. The purpose behind this application is to determine feasibility of implementing and utilizing a wireless Ad-hoc network configured to communicate between android smart-phones. We have to use Dynamic source Routing protocol in Mobile Ad-Hoc Network for implementation.
