Dear Freelancer Bidders, Please do NOT send automatic bids with proposed budgets calculated out of blue. We need to develop an Android application for Attendance logging/tracking/monitoring based on an electronic form that each employee must "sign" with his/her fingerprint. Eventually the project deliverables are 1) Cloud-based Centralized DB (Back-end) where employees Fingerprints to be registered 2) Android Application (apk file/Front-end) to be installed in multiple copies on several Android Devices for filling out electronic forms to be signed by Employee using External Fingerprint Scanner 3) Brand and Model of a compatible Fingerprint Scanner (Futronic FS80, Futronic FS80H, Futronic FS88, Futronic FS88H) other proven brand and models are also welcome. 4) "Toolbox Talk" form converted into Electronic Form (refer to the Prototype) 5) Support for OFFLINE Authorization/Identification with SYNCING once Android Device is back ONLINE.
