What you have requested here is a Geo Location based platform that can triangulate a locality based on an API communication so let us first understand what an API is . An API: Consider this.. your application has a DATABASE and the other 3rd party that you want to integrate to it also has a Database. The API is the session based authentication that would allow the two databases to communicate. This is what we call interfacing and ergo the name API ( Application Program Interface ) What I want to know from you is the purpose of the project ? please let me know. Thanks
