For Front-End for this project I prefer use Vue.js, as its simpler than Angular & React and developing time is less than those two Also For backend, I could suggest .NET Core, Golang, or Node.js. Also for DB, could use any Document DB(Mongo, Couch, or etc) or Relational DB like (MySql, Sql Server, or Postgres) I am very happy to see the job which is matching my skills and experiences.
