Product assembly drawing and instruction sheet project

? We are looking for a Solid Works 2007 professional to create assembly drawings and instruction sheet for final products in a verity of sizes. Our product is an indoor way-finding system (i.e. a Sign system). This project is for a single product as a means to locate the person or company we wish to work with. Once this project is successfully completed we will want to operate 5 additional projects of 20 products each. **Please see attached samples for clarification of the end product we wish to receive from you:** 1.? File number 1 is a Solid-drawing of a final product with measurements in both millimeters and inches. We would like to have the files submitted as both SLDDRW and PDF. 2.? File number 2 is a Solid-GAI assembly instruction sheet detailing the steps required to assemble the product. We would like to have the files submitted as both SLDDRW and PDF. Please Note: this file must include a part number list as displayed on the last page of this sample drawing. 3.? File number 3 is a Solid file presenting the assembled final product (including the different components: extrusions, end caps, screws…). We would like to have the files submitted as SLDASM. Please Note: We desire a clear cover to be created once the sign is ready. This cover is made by drawing a curve parallel to the extrusion's curve and adding height and volume to make it fit. You can see a sample in files number 2 & 3. ## Deliverables **We will provide the following: **1. The object files (for the different components) required to create the assembly drawing and instruction sheet. For instance: File number 4 displays an extrusion drawing (to be provided in SLDPRT format). Attached please review an additional sample ??" file number 5 displaying a drawing of an end cap. 2. Final product description, name, measurements and catalog number will be provided at a later stage in the "Model information" excel sheet. Please see File number 1 (bottom of the page) for reference. 3. Drawing template files, to be used with information derived from the "Model information" excel sheet (i.e. we will provide you with a template and the model information in the given excel sheet and you will have to create each dedicated drawing template). **We expect to receive: ** 1. Drawings to be submitted in both PDF & SLDDRW formats. 2. All assembly files to be submitted in SLDASM format. 3. Each assembly drawing to include an instruction sheet as well as list of items (see attached sample). Please Note: Once you are ready to submit the final product we will provide you with an FTP address. This project is for a single item as we are testing to see if out sourcing the entire project of 2000 items is feasible.
