200609 Book writing

I am looking to have a book written about a specific topic that is time sensitive for publication. I will provide the book concept, chapter titles, expected content of each chapter, specific points needed within the chapter and the overall ideas and issues I want the reader to understand. The book will require some research to support the underlying thoughts, theories and conclusions. All content must absolutely be unique, but there are plenty of newspaper articles and reports that can be used as the basis of facts and figures. Without exception, I will need proof/source of all facts and figures that you utilize in the text. I will own all rights to all research, versions and final copy. None of which can be used by the writer as a sample for others or to promote their work, and none may be published or distributed in any form. You will be required to sign an agreement to that effect prior to commencing the project. The book will be distributed solely in the United States and should be written in American style English. Perfect grammar, spelling, structure, etc. The book itself will comprise of approximately 150 - 200 written pages (approximately 500 words per page). No fluff. I will have the sole right to reject any part of anything you write and will not pay for it if it does not meet the requirements we agree to. To ensure that you understand the project and requirements, I ask that you quote the project by the page since we don't know how many written pages the final book will be. In addition, please indicate how long it would take for you to write a ten to fifteen page chapter, so that I can estimate the total time required for the project. I can escrow $100 at a time and release upon completion of entire chapters. We can continue that way throughout the book, but I will not escrow the entire amount so that I don't tie up all that money in case you don't deliver the quality or quantity as agreed. Please submit three short writing sample or a link to your writing samples. Please don't bother to bid if the above instructions aren't clear or you can't follow these directions well.
