Content Rewriting - repost

I am the Editor of a boating magazine and I don't have enough time to re-write all of the press releases I receive. I need one or two writers that I can have either re-write content or given some direction, write some original content. The material will pertain to boating in the Great Lakes region, will include equipment/boat info, boating jargon, be geographically specific, and occasionally technical.
