US English Proof Reader

I am interested in your project. I am a native speaker of English with 15 years of copy editing experience, a BA in English and a technical writing certificate. My usual rate is USD15 per 1000 words. I'd be able to fix grammar mistakes and reword the language to make it sound natural to an English speaker. I very much enjoy this sort of work. My bid is a monthly bid but is perhaps too high for what you are seeking. However, 500-2500 words per article is quite a range, so perhaps we can discuss what would work for both of us. Also, I'd need to know how soon you need the articles back. I would usually be able to return them within 24 hours but I'm not sure whether you are including weekends, and for how long this project will last. Please note that I am in a different time zone to you. I'll also mention that I have a friend on Freelancer who lives in America who may be interested in this project as well.
