You will need to create a program or export the data and use excel to do the following deliverables. All Improved Property with Taxes Owed, meaning behind on Taxes All Improved Property with Taxes Owed and code liens (meaning the city has tagged it) All Improved Property with Taxes Owed, Code Enforcement Liens, and a link to Google Earth. Essentially, the improved property is a property, that has a structure built on it. For these purposes a house or commercial property. Then from there we are looking for properties with houses or commercial property, that are behind on taxes and have city violations. These are three separate lists and then combined into the final, which is Improved Property+ Behind on Taxes + Code Liens (violations from City) and then link to google earth view. (there should also be links to the taxes and code liens)
