30000 Quick ASP

This is a repost for a previous request to bid. I need 15 hours of work form an ASP developer. Someone who knows how to write ASP from scratch. I had already said this, but I will clearly reiterate here. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU CAN NOT WRITE YOUR OWN CODE. It will be a large waste of both our times. Unfortunately the last user did not read this before bidding. Quote me on 15 hours of ASP work. With 2 hours being delivered the same day. This is now urgent since the last person could not do the work. Please again do not waste our time if you can not write ASP from scratch. I will give you code, I will ask you to modify this code. You will have ftp and remote desktop access even. But you will NOT be downloading my entire database. If you can do ASP you know that that is all you need. This is in all fairness a simple project.
