Hello - We have done it many times, please see our profile page for more information. Basically you are looking to run EWS queries against exchange 2007 and above CAS servers to fetch the meeting details from meeting rooms / resource calendars. I would recommend you to delegate your calendars to a dedicated email account such that its manageable from server side who all can access the information. We have created many kiosks and touch screen points to display exchange information. Please feel free to discuss before accepting the bid.
