28177 csv outlook contacts upload

I'm looking for an upload feature. I want my customers to have the capability to upload a csv file that is created from outlook and parse it or use an xml mapping into a table in sql. Depending on the loggin the id of the user is associated with the contacts. I want the data to be verified so that nulls in key areas can be filtered out or flagged after the upload, so the customer can update the fields.
