ASP.NET C# Senior Programmers

We are a small Sydney based IT company looking for additional programmers for several ongoing and future projects. If you are part of a larger company please do not apply, we only need experienced freelance programmers. As a test, you will be given one small part of a project to complete, equivalent to about 10 hours. This is what you are bidding on here - you are bidding on about 10 hours of programming work. About our projects: The projects need mainly ASP.NET, C# and MS SQL Server skills, sometimes C++ skills. About you: You must be a freelancer at a senior programmer level. You must be a person of integrity - highly honest. You must be reliable - if you are given a deadline, you will work hard to do it on time. You must be good in planning and estimating the hours needed to complete the given task. You must provide referee contacts from previous projects, preferably as email addresses or phone numbers for us to enquire. Basic level of written English is also important, Skype is preferred for communication. Also, you must quote to us a small project and a large project hourly rate (use PM). We intend to select three freelancers here, but intend to keep only two in the longer run. After this trial work, the amount of future work you will receive, will depend on your quality and your reliability.
