CSS builder tool written in .Net and C#

Need a C# ASP.Net developer to build a tool that converts one set of CSS classes (input files) to another set of CSS classes (1 output file). Program will map and translate 5 source CSS files of 25-50 CSS classes into a single destination CSS file of about 50 CSS classes. Not all the CSS classes of the 5 source CSS files will be use in the destination CSS file. You will: 1) Preform analysis of 5 source CSS files 2) Perform analysis of 1 destination CSS file 3) Make recommendations mapping and translation of CSS classes 4) Develop Asp.Net C# code to perform creation of the destination CSS file. 5) Test code with several sets of 5 CSS source files. 5) Package code 6) Perform bug fixing after QA and refinement of requirements.
