need support for vicidial

need remote support for vicidialer (config tweaking for dialer in B2B voice broadcast campaigns) hourly as needed. ability to monitor dialer in real time to diagnose issues, experience with tweaking VOIP carrier settings, running AMD or not, tweak settings so dialer will answer with typical business response, ex: "hello, Ajax Plumbing" and still ignore (hangup on) answering machines. no live agents, all press one campaigns go to our voicemail. experienced with asterisk and vicidial only, English speaking, thanks!
