I am in need of Florida-licensed architectural/structural designs to submit to the building and permits office. MUST be drawn/signed by a Florida licensed professional. I have the original house plans. Please do not bid if you are not licensed in this state. Scope: 1. Removal of wall between house and Florida room to create a large, open space. The wall is the original exterior of the house. The Florida room does not have HVAC but will with this merger. The Florida room has a flat roof and I would like to increase the height with a peak roof. The floor is about 3" lower than the main house structure and I intend to level it to match. I prefer not to have any posts/pillars in the middle of the room. Also important that the roof does not block the windows in the two bedrooms located directly above, so the peak should be in between. 2. Add an approximately 7'x13.5' space to the existing house, off of the kitchen in the carport. This space would include a main hallway (7'), off of which would include a hall with storage and a bathroom, which will be adjacent to the existing laundry room.
