Traditional Villa Design

I'm looking for an architect or drafter with substantial experience in traditional design to create the plans for a 5-6 bedroom villa. Key aspects of the project: - The design should be traditional, while incorporating current aspects of functionality and comfort. - The villa should include a garden which should be effortlessly integrated into the design, creating indoor-outdoor flow. - The design must have 5-6 comfortably sized bedrooms. Your experience: - Proven experience in traditional architecture, particularly villas. - Portfolio of previous work including gardens and landscape design is advantageous. - Understanding of current trends in traditional architecture to balance classic design with modern living. The design should not only be elegant and aesthetically pleasing but also practical and livable. A passion for detail and functionality is key for this project. List of deliverables: 1. AutoCAD drawings for the design with all type of views. 2. Site plan Drawing. 2. Plot plans. 3. Excavation plans 4. Floor plan 4.1 Dimensions of interior and exterior walls 4.2 The type of each room 4.3 Material specifications 4.4 Stairs and their direction 5. Elevation drawings 6. Section drawings 6.1 The insides of walls or floors 6.2 The foundation of the building 6.3 Beams 6.4 Columns 6.5 Lintels, or support structures above doors and windows 7. Detail drawings. 7.1 Door frames 7.2 Staircases 7.3 Material connections, such as where a 7.4 column meets the foundation 7.5 Cornices, or decorative features near the top of a wall 7.6Window frames 8. Mechanical and electrical drawings. 8.1 Load calculations 8.2 Switch locations 8.3 Wiring paths 8.4 Connections to outdoor power grid The land area is 1000 sqm while the construction area is almost 20 x 12 meters.
