###Looking for a blockchain expert who has very familiar with stellar### The main project is a mobile banking app but the first functions to be built out will be an on and off ramp to and from a bank account up to wallets and then the ability to exchange between tokens (token exchange). Lastly, for the web3 portion we will want the ability to push from wallet straight to debit card and/or gift cards. We are looking at using Stellar and/or Circle for this. Not sure yet because we are seeing that it is possible that Circle is written over Stellar. If this is the case we will just write straight over Stellar and forego Circle.
