Squid/3proxy Expert

Hello, I need an expert in 3proxy or Squid (Linux), you must be expert I don't want linux guys without previos experience in 3proxy and Squid, you will not have access to the server, we will give you the requirements we have for the configuration and then you will provide us with the config files and guidance to run it correctly. The server basicly will use some unique ips each one will be added to the proxy we dont want it act just as gateway which will just take the main server ip, each ip should be well configured. The proxy must be configured so is High Anonymous (Elite, not detectable) something which is a piece of cake for somebody who knows what is doing. All the template/auto bids will be ignored, if you dont provide in your bid described experience with any of those servers you will be ignored. Also let me know why you think one is better than the other and what advantage have one from another, I will provide full configuration requirements to the apropiate candidates. Good Luck Btw if you have experience with any other proxy server which you consider is better let me know about it and what are his features if it fills our requirements and is small and powerfull then we are can use it.
