1. This project is to build a Metatrader 4 Expert Advisor in .mq4 format. 2. All the details of this EA are in the attached document including EA details, Sample Chart pic, Sample MT4 template, required MT4 indicators. 3. EA should be able to be compiled to .ex4 format 4. EA Code should be very clean and properly labelled. Each function should be properly remarked "//" so it is understood what each section is doing. 5. Buyer shall perform a test to ensure EA is functioning as per design specs as needed in order to sign off as completed.
