51918 Site Copy Tool

We are looking for a simple tool that you can add FTP accounts to and it will download the the files and then upload them to a different location. We require the following: - Must have a copy now feature per an individual account - Must be able to set the copy time and frequency (see screenshot 1) - Must over right the current files on the destination host. - Must be able to add accounts from mutltiple servers. - must have the banner at the top and same design as provided in screenshot - must have an installer if .dll are required for it. - must be created in visual c++ (if you use something else do not bid). We require the source when done. We are looking for someone that will keep communication open (no news is bad news).
