Calculate commissions program

Hi Only respond to this job if you have professional experience in the affiliate, commission and royalties programming sector. Hi I need a commission expert to create a complete referral program for my website. Let say my website was an international website for booking hotels. I want to pay promoters a commission (i.e 5 %) for one year ( or more...) for adding new hotels and new users. So the promoter instead of getting cash for each user and each hotel he adds, he will earn a commission for: ( also called royalties) - Every-time the new user he added makes a booking, - Every-time a booking on the new property he added is made. Both for a limited duration maybe 1 or 2 years more or less. The admin Assign a percentage i.e 5% or 10% and the duration of the commission i.e 1 year or more, depending on the promoter. Example: Promoter A earns 5% commission for 2 years Promoter B earns 10 percent for 1 year This should be changeable anytime (on the admin panel ) to increase or decrease the commission and the timing per promoter. The admin Should have the panel where he can: First have a serach box to find anything View each promoters details along with all their related information, edit the agreement with the promoter, the commission and the timing. Traffic log View: the Users the promoter added and commission for each the Clubs the promoter added and commission for each With the total for all Note: for the clubs added I should be able to give a club to a promoter manually from the admin panel Example: if user 'A' adds a club but the club didn't join through the promoters link I should still be able to award the promoter the club manually. Override commissions ( in case some users or clubs are canceled for this promoter) Current commissions Total ( commissions due now) Previous commissions total ( past commissions payed) Total commissions ( how much the promoter has earned so far) Also Contact this promoter suspend this promoter terminate this promoter blocking commissions Approve or Un approve this promoter Authorize payments with pay-pal for when a promoter reaches his minimum quota for payment Account Record ALL data pages should have an export button for excel and other formats and a print button USER DASH BOARD If Jack is a promoter: He should see on his dashboard Traffic log View: the Users the promoter added and commission for each both current and past the Clubs the promoter added and commission for each both current and past With the combined total. he should see: -Current commissions Total ( commissions that need to be payed now)- - Previous commissions total ( past commissions payed) - Total commissions ( how much the promoter has earned so far) - Possibility to also see it by month and yearly - Request payment button - So when he reaches $100 he can request a payment to the admin. - Payment history should be on his dashboard Balance button that shows the balance of earnings he can withdraw and the payment request area and the current balance cash deposited ( incase a user deposits credit on his account to use for bookings) Credit on each users account is a must ALL data pages should have an export button for excel and other formats and a print button
