Portable LSP (Layered Service Provider)

Hello, I would like to have a portable LSP(Layered service Provider) developed, like [login to view URL] (Portable edition) Please look at their portable Edition, I want something like that but with NO GUI, I would like to control it from my own C# application. If you do not FULLY understand what LSP's are and what they do, please do not bother PM'ing me or bidding on the project. Need it to work on: Windows XP, Vista, 7 (32-BIT & 64-BIT) I will not accept project if it was not fully tested with all screenshots to be provided as proof of working product. ( I can be flexible if you have no access to all operating systems. )
