Design and development of CCSDS based Telemetry Encoder using c programming, for satellite applications. The project will comprise of three phases. First phase will be the know how development of CCSDS Packet TM encoding Standard. The second phase will be the implementation of all layers of standard Each layer will be implemented as a separate module and simulation will be performed. Finally all the modules will be integrated as a system in the third phase of the project. Complete working TM Encoder will be demonstrated on IAR kit

I need to know you going to implement telemetry encoder as software simulator or on hardware plate form such as some processor or FPGA. I have experience working on PCM based real time telemetry data acquisition and processing.I am currently working on Zync ZC702 evaluation kit having Artix-7 FPGA and dual core ARM cortex A9 processing unit.
