Hello, I am very interested in your project. I have the necessary knowledge and experience. I did a similar project on Atmega16 and ILX544A for measuring the profile of the laser beam. I propose to implement a project on STM32f407. The controller has sufficient memory, built-in support for Ethernet. To develop schematics and PSB I use Eagle. Also, I'm using C# MS VisualStudio for PC. I propose to move to an hourly fee and use your proposed division into stages.
