Industrial Designer for Multi-Use Space Transformation

I am seeking an experienced industrial designer/engineer to redesign our current 20,000 sq ft space into an efficient, industrial-styled multi-use environment. - The reconfigured space should perform various functions, including: - Office spaces for daily operations - Storage area for both general items and boat parts - recommended lighting and racking - facilitating efficient work flow - Designated space for minor repairs to boat parts - A staging area for boat tours, with provisions for food - The aesthetic of the space should be industrial, reflecting our operations - The space should ideally accommodate less than 50 people without feeling overcrowded. Ideal candidates will have experience in industrial design and a keen understanding of space planning in consideration of diverse operational requirements. Previous transformations of multi-purpose spaces is a plus.
