I'm clearly not Asian, however, I have been based here for some time now. I most recently provided 5 years of omnichannel customer support, mainly during EST business hours, for various software products. While my previous positions have been largely IT-related, I also have almost a decade of experience teaching English, physically and virtually.
In addition to the previous positions I have held, my extensive travel experience has also honed the soft skills essential to customer interactions.
