I am shiv and we run a solar company in Australia. For that we have hired few call center agents to work for us and generate some Leads.
The agents are in Philippines. We have got a team of 2 people now but we are planning to expand it to 10 people.
We have already installed vicidial on our own server and agents are dialing.
But we are having problem with support. The support what we have chosen is not great.
They are busy most of times. But we want support from someone who can continuously monitor as what was happening. The calls are coming slow most of times. And some times there was delay of about 10 minutes between calls.
Our agents work like 63 hours per week.
But we are looking for a full time employee who can monitor live our system for 63 hours per week. Fix issues and also teach me about dialer administration as well.
