Kids picture book

I am looking for someone to create an exciting and engaging picture book for children aged 3-5. The desired theme for the book is about a horse named Lou that goes Moo Moo. I have the text but need it put together the cartoon pictures using my text. Your creativity and style will be important in creating an entertaining and inviting atmosphere for young readers.
