Ebook on a Common Illness

I'd like a writer for a common illness that's treated by over-the-counter remedies. The ebook should be about 70 pages long and written in MS Word. Text should be in Times Roman, 14 point font. The ebook should be visually appealing with short paragraphs and spaces between paragraphs; a table of contents; proper American English grammar & spelling. No cover graphics are needed. The book should be readable by a person with a simple high school education. Any technical or medical terms should be explained. Requirements include: A definition of the illness and how it affects people; How widespread the problem is; The symptoms; Who is most likely to get it; How diet and lifestyle can cause difficulties; Worse case scenarios; Natural and everday solutions; - food & diet? - herbals? - body solutions? - over-the-counter treatments? - medical/surgical? - self-monitoring? - I'm open to any other suggestions that may come up during your research. WORK MUST BE ORIGINAL CONTENT. Any illustrations, photoes and graphics would add value to the book also. All graphics must be royalty-free and not copyrighted by someone else. I will supply the introduction to establish a tone for the rest of the work. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
