Write a fetching and funny copy for a photo I'd like to share and spread on Facebook

Please know - My max budget is 30$-40$! I'm looking for a fluent American copywriter who will write a copy for a picture I want to share and hopefully shared by many other in Facebook. I'm trying to get pretty rare tickets and want to use Facebook's viral effect in order to do this. The copy will be used in what can be described as a small inforgraphic. I'll give all the information and an example to work by. The copy you write will be used on the image designed by my designer friend.
