Need some good writers urgently

This is a fairly simple project. I'm looking for some good cheap content writers. I have plenty of works for them. Simple Requirements: 1: I can't pay more than $3 per 500 words article. 2: You must have to be able to write 15 articles of 500 words each day, no exception at all. 3: payment will be weekly on each Friday, no escrow or advance.
