Rewriting formulas from a programming codes

Hi there, I am looking for a mathematician or economist who will be able to write a lot of formulas from a C++ and Gauss codes in LaTeX. Basically, the codes have general routines, math functions, and algorithms which need to be detected for yourself, but many of them already are easily identified by comments lines. The codes consist of two files with approximately 8,000 lines. Those files can be open in text editor and have to be written in Latex rigorously (not latex online, please). In order to be able to make a good job, some knowledge in C++, Gauss Aptech, and Algebra/Calculus are needed to identify every single equation and then write them adequately.
