CAKEPHP + HTML5 + CSS3 + Responsive Design (Completing unfinished project 80% complete)

ONLY FOR CAKEPHP & JQUERY HTML5 & CSS3 EXPERTS This is for an unfinished project. You will be required to do the following: 1. Continue functions of the website based on CAKEPHP. 2. We will provide you with the PSD files and you will make sure you convert them to HTML5 and CSS3 and Responsive Design after completing the functionality. Or if you prefer earlier. 3. YOU MUST BE FULL TIME ON THIS PROJECT UNTIL COMPLETION. 5 Days a week at least. 6 Days preferable. 4. You must be reachable anytime to discuss. Within agreed hours and days based on point 3. 5. You will update the server and work sheet daily. 6. You will be completing (writing new functions) and FIXING some of the previous functions (bugs, functions etc). 7. You will test functions and fix bugs. 8. You will develop the website on twitter, facebook, [login to view URL] standard. With UI/UX expertise to make sure less page refresh, more fast and quick information for users using jquery. But making sure the page load time is taken into account. 9. You will be required to test the system by importing 2,000 and 5000 and 10,000 listings and give report of load times and make sure the system responds perfectly to any number of listings in the system (based on page display of max 50 at a page with load more or infinite scroll buttons) The details will be given to the right team of Developers & Designers.
