html layout issue IE7

Hello,
I have a development website located here

The news ticker in the middle of the page is correctly laid out (in the centre of the page) in Firefox, IE8 and Safari.
However, IE7 does not format correctly.
I need someone to fix the html and or CSS to allow the news ticker to be centred in the middle of the page when viewed in IE6 &/or 7.
