Add few new features to Windows 8.1 app - repost

I have a Windows 8 news app that needs to be upgraded to Windows 8.1. Currently the webview doesn't show the CSS, so I need that fixed. So here is what I want added/fixed on the app: 1) fix notifications. I will see multiple notifications that show the entire day's posts every time there is a new post made. This should not happen. 2) add large live tile support...... and fix tiles so they show images on them, not just text 3) Windows 8.1 snap mode support. Make the app responsive to the different Snap mode sizes. 4) Remove comments from a secondary page and place them on the main news page, under the news content. 5) webview which shows the news post isn't styled anymore in Windows 8.1. I need that fixed.
